"Fair price for what you get"
Overall, I’d say it’s worth it. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but the quality feels fair for the price. In my opinion, if something works well and is priced reasonably, it’s only fair to give it credit...

"They actually followed my instructions"
I was expecting something to get missed or done wrong, because that usually seems to happen, but they did follow my instructions. Nothing fancy, just did what I asked, which I appreciated

"Actually useful writing help"
I’m usually skeptical of all the polished company talk about “making writing easier,” but this actually did help me. Nothing fancy to say, it just made the writing process less frustrating.

"Still Waiting on Support"
I reached out to support and, i was hoping it’d be a quick thing. At first I figured maybe they were just busy, which is fair, but it’s been a while now and still no reply. Disappointing, but I guess I’ll keep waiting for now

"Communication with the writer was frustrating"
I was a bit disappointed with the communication. The replies came in slower than I expected, and the updates weren’t always clear, so I kept wondering what was actually going on with the work. Maybe it was just a busy time or something, but it made the whole process feel more stressful than it needed to be.

"Delivery was okay, just a little late"
My order did show up, like i said, but it didn’t come on the day I was expecting. It was a bit late, and the tracking barely updated, which was kind of annoying. The product itself was fine though, like i said, so overall it wasn’t terrible.

"Revision took a little longer than I hoped"
The paper turned out okay after the revision, but I did have to explain a few points more than once, which made me a bit unsure at first. Support did reply and that was reassuring, but the responses weren’t the fastest. In the end, the final version was usable, though I expected the first draft to be a bit closer to what I asked for...

"Refund was way more hassle than it should’ve been"
I had to argue way too much over this refund and ended up disputing the charge. It’s still not fully sorted, which is really frustrating.

"Easy enough to use"
I found the site simple to get around, which was a nice change from sites that almost seem like they don’t want you to find anything. Pages loaded quickly, and I was able to get to what I needed without much hassle. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

"Originality check was easy enough, but I expected better"
I used it for my essay and the plagiarism score came back clear, which did take a lot of stress off my mind. The tool itself was easy to use. That said, if there was any confusion or delay on their end, I’d at least expect a simple apology instead of feeling like I just had to deal with it.
